Moorestown Bluegrass Festival FAQ

When does the festival start?

2026 festival is scheduled 2 PM - 8 PM.

Is this event FREE?

Yes! Thank you to our wonderful sponsors and fundraising efforts, we are bringing this festival to Moorestown for all to enjoy!

Can we bring outside food and drink?

We appreciate you supporting our vendors!

Is there accessibiltiy for people with disabilities?

Yes, we have reserved handicapped parking in the Memorial Field parking lot, with access to the field.  There is also a roped off section close to the stage for an unobstructed view.

Are pets allowed?

We love our furry friends, but we are following township rules on this one!  Memorial Fields Park does allow leashed dogs, but they’re not permitted on the playing fields—likely to keep those surfaces safe and clean for children’s sports. That said, there are plenty of non-field grassy areas and a track surrounding the event space where dogs are welcome

Is there parking?

Yes, Memorial Field will be first come first serve parking. There is municipal parking on Main Street (0.3 mile walk), street parking in surrounding neighborhoods, and Strawbridge Lake lot with access to the fields.

What if it rains?

This event is rain or shine! If rain is in forecast, get your umbrellas and ponchos, we promise for a fun day!

Can we order food from Main Street?

Yes, feel free to order directly or through another app. We will have a table set up for food delivery for easy drop off and pick up!

Seating: What should we bring?

This is in an open field! You should bring a blanket, lawn/beach chairs, Sorry - no big tents allowed!

How can I support the Moorestown Bluegrass Festival?

Shirts and Posters will be for sale.

You can also make a donation directly to Homegrown Moorestown, so we can continue bringing these events to town!

Is there a schedule of the performances?

Performance schedule will be updated closer to the event date

What food and drink options are there?

We are working to secure multiple food options on site- delivery from our delish Main Street restaurants is also quick & easy!

What payments are needed?

Each vendor will have their own system. Cash, Venmo, Pay Pal, and Credit Card will be accepted for mostly all vendors.

Is this kid friendly?

Yes! We even have a kid zone tent with some activities, lawn games, face paint, and legos. There are even two playgrounds close to the field - one at Roberts Elementary and one at Strawbridge Lake (both short steps away!!)
